Ningguo Wanning Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was established in July 2005, the company is located in the "Yangtze River Delta Green Oxygen Bar" known as Ningguo Economic and Technological Development Zone, Anhui Province. It has a great geographical location and a convenient transportation hub. The company covers an area of 25 acres, with 4 standard workshops, 1 office building, 2 staff dormitory buildings, and a total construction area of more than 10,000 square meters.
The company currently has over 200 employees, specializing in the design, manufacture, and sale of automotive interior and exterior component systems, seat coverings, interior trim coverings, and molds. Among them, there are more than 60 employees with a college degree or above, possessing professional management and technical talents in production, quality control, and after-sales services.
The company currently has more than 50 high-precision injection molding machines ranging from 45T to 1400T, more than 10 hot-melt welding machines and ultrasonic welding machines, vacuum activation equipment, hot-press coating equipment, and 3 automatic headrest catheter assembly machines. The company has now obtained IATF16949:2016 international quality management system certification, work safety standardization, 3C certification, and other systems. At the same time, it has effectively introduced and fully implemented 6S and lean production management.
